Welcome to my website Puzzle Fit! I wanted to share a little bit of information with you about who I am and what I am ALL ABOUT!  I have always had a true passion for fitness.

My Name is Crystal Dena’e Hawkins. I was born and raised in Dallas Texas. In 2001 I joined the U.S. Army with dreams of traveling the world. Boot Camp was my first experience of intense physical demands placed on my body such as ruck marching, running and combat style exercises.
