Privacy and data handling

When a visitor submits a Project Planner brief, Kmarks collects the required visitor and organization contact information, including a business location and street or mailing address, so it can understand the project context and prepare a response. Client Support collects the non-sensitive contact, organization, resource, request, consent, source, and public page information needed to route the next step. Kmarks uses public-site information to respond to requests, administer the website, protect against abuse, and improve the relevance of public services. If a Google Ads click identifier or paid Google campaign tag reaches this site, Kmarks may issue a session-only, opaque server-signed attribution marker with no raw click identifier. If a visitor later submits a Project Planner brief, Kmarks may record a conversion only after the server accepts and stores the brief and verifies that marker; the measurement does not store raw click identifiers or send planner answers, contact details, click identifier, or other form contents to Google. The initial campaign does not use Enhanced Conversions or upload form contents. Ask Kmarks questions and the current public page path are processed by a service provider used to operate the public website guide; do not enter sensitive or account-specific information. Ask Kmarks cannot access accounts, change a service, or make a legal, financial, or compliance determination. Do not submit credentials, payment information, sensitive personal data, regulated records, or confidential materials through public forms or Ask Kmarks.
