FAQ

You've got questions,
we have answers!

Our proposals are customized for each project based on the needs of each project. Every website is unique and requires different components and functionality. We’ll ask many questions, assess your needs, and give you a quote based on that assessment. This includes purchasing your domain name and website hosting plan, as well as designing and building your site. How much your business pays to create your website will depend on its size, features, and complexity.

We have designed and developed hundreds of custom websites for small businesses, schools, housing authorities, towns, and much more. Most of our sites run in the $2,000-$20,000 price range but can be more or less depending on the project’s complexity.

The timeline on any project may vary, and can change based on the complexity of the project and the availability of the client. On average, we shoot for a 6-8 week turnaround, but the pace of any project is set by each client. How much input you can provide during the initial stages, your availability with feedback, how soon the content is ready – all this affects the speed of completion. The functionality needs may also play a role – more complex sites will take more time to develop.

After you have made the decision to work with us, we’ll send a detailed contract agreement with statement of work. We both sign the agreement and, once we receive your deposit  the work begins.  You can expect constant communication from us detailing our progress.

We love it when our clients take control of their website and learn to manage it on their own. We offer training sessions on all the Content Management Systems (CMS) we use.  After the initial training, follow-up training is available at an hourly rate.

Site launch is only the beginning, we are here for the long term and can provide as much or as little support as you need.

We offer hosting and management services to all our clients. This includes maintaining your website, CMS, third-party plugin updates, monitoring, and security.  This includes both server and developer support.

Regular maintenance is essential for a website to stabilize its flexibility and reliability. Proper maintenance would help in ensuring your website’s security, invite new visitors, boost traffic and more.

WordPress is very supportive and flexible in creating any type of website without any restrictions. Creating a website with more credibility and reliability is more important, so understanding the project requirements and choosing the most suitable platform will help in producing better results.

WordPress is the best content management system available and now powers more than 40% of the web. Its huge market share is due to its flexibility and ease of use. Don’t worry, we’ll teach you how to manage it and help you along the way.
