On average, we shoot for a 6-8 week turnaround, but the pace of any project is set by each client. After you have made the decision to work with us, we’ll send a detailed contract agreement with statement of work. We both sign the agreement and, once we receive your deposit the work begins. You can expect constant communication from us detailing our progress.
We love it when our clients take control of their website and learn to manage it on their own. We offer training sessions on all the Content Management Systems (CMS) we use. After the initial training, follow-up training is available at an hourly rate.
Site launch is only the beginning, we are here for the long term and can provide as much or as little support as you need.
